I guess I'll start this topic...... Tell me if I can't, And then have someone delete it if so.
Example!
Jutsu name: Body Split Jutsu
Rank: Chuunin
Requirments: Chuunin rank, and have signed the scroll which I have.
Element: Non-elemental
Discription: Splita your abilities and chakra in half, so that you have half of your abilities, and the clone has the other half. The jutsu takes exactly half your chakra and gives it to your clone, and leaves you at half power in all aspects.
